Director, Marketing Residential Care Software (MatrixCare)

As Director, Marketing Residential Care Software (MatrixCare), you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans the entire customer lifecyclefrom awareness through to advocacy. You will lead a talented team, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams, and play a key role in driving the company's growth and market position. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with executive leadership to shape the marketing vision and ensure all initiatives align with our company's goals.

Let's talk about Responsibilities :

  • Full Funnel Strategy : Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the full funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to customer engagement and retention.
  • Product Marketing : Partner closely with product, sales and other stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that highlight the value of our solutions to our target audiences.
  • Demand Generation & Capture : Lead the strategic development of effective lead generation campaigns to build a strong sales pipeline, ensuring quality and quantity of opportunities across all channels. Partner with revenue marketing teams to monitor campaign performance and optimization to achieve business goals.
  • Event Marketing : Develop a strategy to maximize the ROI for user conferences, industry and state events based on lead generation & customer retention goals.
  • Customer Retention & Advocacy : Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to create retention programs that engage existing clients, upsell new features, and promote customer advocacy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics tools and data insights to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and continuously optimize performance. Provide regular reporting on key metrics and KPIs to leadership.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to ensure all team members reach their full potential. Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and create a seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention. Interacts internally and externally with executive level management.
  • Communication Skills : Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations to large audiences.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience Required :

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep experience in SaaS marketing with a strong preference for experience in healthcare and / or EHRs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Leadership : 8+ years of management experience leading & developing marketing teams, managing budgets, and delivering business results.
  • Strategy & Execution : Proven experience developing & executing marketing strategies to achieve key metrics throughout the entire marketing funnel (lead generation to customer retention)
  • Product Marketing : Experience partnering with product, sales and other stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that highlight the value of our solutions to our target audiences.
  • Data Proficiency : Strong analytical skills to assess and communicate insights, driving strategic adjustments.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in executive messaging and team leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience working with diverse teams and driving projects using a shared services model.
  • Other : Ability to travel
  • Preferred :

  • Deep understanding of the post-acute care industry and its unique challenges and opportunities (preferred, but not required).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

This position qualifies for the following benefits package : comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance, sleep care management, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), commuter benefits, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and tuition assistance. Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

    Base Pay Range for this position : $175,000 - $218,000 - $262,000. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
