Vibe Coding Specialist - Python Automation

OpenTrain helps build and evaluate the next generation of AI systems. We work on high-impact projects that improve how advanced models follow instructions, handle structured data, and produce accurate technical outputs.

We're hiring contractors with strong Python fundamentals to complete hands-on "vibe coding" tasks involving scripting, debugging, data formatting, and workflow troubleshooting.

What you'll do

Write and debug Python scripts based on detailed specifications

Extract, process, and format structured datasets (CSV / JSON / Markdown)

Improve or correct AI-generated technical outputs (accuracy, formatting, edge cases)

Troubleshoot automation-style workflows while following strict instructions and formatting rules

Required qualifications

1+ year of hands-on Python scripting and debugging (professional or project-based)

Experience working with structured data (e.g., CSV / JSON / Markdown)

Familiarity with automation-style workflows (repeatable scripts, data transformations, validations)

English level :

B2 / upper-intermediate or higher

(reading + writing)

Nice to have

Experience with LLMs and prompt / response evaluation

Web scraping experience

Data processing tooling (e.g., pandas)

Technical degree (preferred, not required)

Screening & onboarding

Screening includes an AI-based interview, then registration on a work platform and

two paid onboarding tasks

(paid if successfully passed).

Compensation

Up to

$30 / hour

(rate may vary by profile and location).
