Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY : Direct Support Professional staff provides assistance and supervises residents in activities of daily living and implements Behavior Support and Health Care Plans. They are responsible for adhering to and documenting a resident’s program as directed by the Program Administrator and shift lead. They are responsible for providing active programming at all times.
