Job Title : Lemon Law Attorney

Salary Range : $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 + Bonus

Schedule : Monday-Friday (Hybrid Available)

• Your Role Will Include :
• ? Assessing the validity and strength of lemon law claims under California statutes.
• ? Providing expert legal advice and support to clients navigating defective vehicle claims.
• ? Reviewing repair records, warranty terms, and documentation to establish case merit.
• ? Conducting client consultations and maintaining open, professional communication throughout the case lifecycle.
• ? Crafting and implementing effective legal strategies to pursue remedies, including

refunds, replacements, or settlements.

? Diligently researching state and federal laws relevant to lemon law cases.

? Skillfully negotiating settlements or preparing for arbitration, mediation, or trial.
