Overview

The Piping Designer will be responsible for designing and developing CO2 recovery systems for locomotives, ensuring that all project specifications are met through collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop CO2 recovery systems for locomotives.
  • Create detailed pipe routing designs and 3D models.
  • Utilize Solidworks for modeling and design tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Contribute to the development of skid-mounted processing equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Solidworks; experience with Plant 3D or AutoPlant 3D is a plus.
  • Strong background in piping design and 3D modeling.
  • Experience in the engineering field, particularly in processing equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Solidworks.
  • Experience with Plant 3D or AutoPlant 3D.
  • Strong background in piping design to ASME B31.3 standards
  • 3D modeling skills
