Compensation : $65 / hr + BONUS
Connected Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Psychologist to provide services in a supportive and collaborative school district located in Lynn, Massachusetts . This is a full-time, long-term contract position available immediately and continuing through the end of the 2025–2026 school year. The district is open to a flexible hybrid schedule —allowing four days in person and one remote, or potentially three in person and two remote for an exceptional candidate.
Position Overview
The School Psychologist will play an essential role in supporting students across grades K–8 . The focus will primarily be on completing approximately 55 re-evaluations , along with providing assessments, consultations, and collaborating with educators and families to foster student success. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who values a strong team culture, flexibility, and a long-term commitment within a district that truly supports its staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for students in grades K–8
Interpret assessment data and share results with educators, administrators, and families to support individualized student learning plans
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers to design and implement appropriate interventions
Provide direct and indirect support to students to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Participate in IEP team meetings and provide professional input regarding student eligibility and service needs
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Massachusetts state guidelines and district procedures

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid Massachusetts DESE license as a School Psychologist
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, special education processes, and intervention planning
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
