Onsite Flexibility : Onsite (Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM)

End : 01 / 12 / 2026

Pay Rate : $34 - $37 / hour

Job Summary :

The Mobile Engineer is responsible for performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks across 15-18 assigned sites. Operating independently, this role supports a leading commercial real estate services provider. The engineer will receive daily work orders via iPad and must demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge and customer service skills while working onsite. The company provides a van, tools, gas card, phone, and tablet for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete general maintenance and repairs across multiple facilities

Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, and door repairs

Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) as scheduled

Pick up parts and supplies as needed from the warehouse

Review and execute daily work orders via iPad

Interact professionally with clients and site contacts

Travel between 15-18 sites using a company-provided van

Required Experience :

1-2 years of relevant maintenance, mechanical, or HVAC experience

Hands-on experience with tools and repair work

Background in general facilities maintenance or mobile service

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Electric or plumbing repair knowledge

Familiarity with multi-site commercial maintenance

Required Skills :

Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge

Good working knowledge of HVAC and tools

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage daily workload

Preferred Skills :

06A Electrician License (not required)

HVAC license (not required)

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Additional Skills :

Experience using tablets and mobile apps for work orders

Basic Microsoft and computer skills

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
