Responsibilities

• Leading the custodial team, while primarily responsible for the quality and execution of each job.
• Evaluate team members' work and participate with management regarding performance feedback and recommendations for advancement.
• Provide training to new and experienced team members as needed.
• Responsible for daily reporting from customer complaints to transportation issues.
• The candidate must be flexible regarding work shifts and days off.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable in and contribute to a team effort. Flexibility in duties can and will change daily, depending on the needs.
• This position will perform cleaning services work whenever needed.
• The ideal candidate will be focused on internal guests, listen to associate issues, suggest positive action, and will be self-motivated, able to multitask, prioritize, and make solid decisions.
• Responsible for performing all department administrative duties to include material ordering, supplies, timecard processing.
• Mix and use detergents and other cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Report repair needs, safety issues or other conditions.
• Requiring maintenance to the appropriate individuals.
• Operate cleaning equipment, including floor buffer and vacuum.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The compensation for this role is listed as $76,200.80 - $89,648.00.
