$115,000-$120,000 base + 10%+ annual bonus + full benefits

Key Responsibilities :

Manage treaty and facultative reinsurance reporting, settlements, and reconciliations

Handle premium, loss, and cash allocations with precision

Lead quarterly and year-end reporting, audit support, and process improvements

Resolve broker / client inquiries and aged recoverables

Own system-to-ledger reconciliations and data validations

Qualifications :

5+ years of reinsurance accounting experience

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
