Our PepsiCo IT organization is transforming, and we are focused on powering PepsiCo to win through agile delivery of digital solutions and services. Within IT, the IT Service Management team leads the maturation and governance of key IT support processes and provides performance insights to drive continuous service improvements. Our processes, services, and tools serve as a key entry point for an extensive set of IT and non-IT users seeking and providing support of IT services and products across the globe for PepsiCo.

We are seeking a new team member to function as a ServiceNow Engineer-1 / Developer for the ITSM product suite. The ServiceNow ITSM Developer’s primary responsibility will be to provide DevOps efforts across the ITSM product on the ServiceNow platform. The role will be responsible for product-wide :

• Governance - adherence to standards
• Innovation - enablement of new modules or platform-wide capabilities
• Sustain – platform administration / break-fix / minor enhancements

This role will serve as a developer and technical resource on the ITSM DevOps team which develops and enables platfom capabilities in alignment with business requirements. This role will need to be adept in application development (specifically JAVA and javscript) to maintain the existing ITSM Product on the ServiceNow platform. This role will be part of a team of resources providing DevOps support for the various ITSM process modules currently leveraging the platform.
