Care Partner - Nursing Unit

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our nursing unit team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care while working closely with our registered nurses to ensure the highest level of service.

Responsibilities :

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Participate in routine patient care activities such as vital sign checks and medication administration

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by cleaning equipment and supplies

Transport patients safely and efficiently between departments

Respond to emergencies and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Patient care experience preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

CNA License in state of employment required
