Technical SEO Specialist

Overview :

Red Barn Media Group is a fast-growing marketing agency serving HVAC, plumbing, and roofing contractors across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist who can design and develop clean, conversion-focused websites while implementing dynamic SEO strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities : Implement

SEO best practices

into site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure.

Develop

dynamic SEO features

(e.g., service-area pages, location-based SEO content, templated but unique landing pages).

Optimize websites for

speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance .

Design and build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Collaborate with our marketing team to align

design, UX, and SEO strategy .

Manage website updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure best SEO practices are maintained.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of

on-page SEO

and technical SEO.

Experience building

SEO-optimized landing pages

for local businesses.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Familiarity with

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) .

Ability to balance

design creativity with lead-generation performance goals .

(Bonus) Experience with schema markup, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year
