Pay Rate : $2,664 / week (Estimated travel pay package) Local pay rate : $58 / hr Work Schedule : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm (Monday to Friday) Alternating weekends 40 hours per week Contract Term : 13 weeks (extension likely) Start Date : ASAP Job Details : Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team Qualifications Current RN License Must have at least 2 years of Home Health experience Experience with Oasis documentation, Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a plus Current driver’s license American Heart Association BLS KMG Healthcare Job ID 31537605.
