JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Renaissance Loss Prevention Officer to create a safe environment for guests and staff members. The successful Loss Prevention Officer ensures safety practices of employees and guests throughout the hotel and of course they are relationship builders as they handle emergent situations in a calm de-escalating manner and assist with guest requests while applying customer service. This position reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and the primary responsibilities are listed below to include and are not limited to the following :
