About the Role

Were looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our engineering team. Youll design, build, and maintain modern software solutions using Microsoft technologies, contributing to both backend and frontend components (approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend).This is a hands-on role for a proactive engineer who takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating in a supportive team, and continuously improving product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, robust, and executable code across backend and frontend systems.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Resolve customer and stakeholder support tickets promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to technical specifications and assist in refining user stories before sprint planning.
• Maintain consistent delivery pace aligned with team expectations and sprint goals.
• Advocate for software and process improvements to enhance codebase quality and performance.

Requirements

• C# 5+ years developing scalable, maintainable applications.
• .NET Core 5+ years designing and implementing backend services and APIs.
• REST API Development 5+ years building and maintaining high-quality, well-documented APIs.
• Proven experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Nice to have

• NHibernate 5+ years working with ORM frameworks.
• SQL Server 5+ years designing and optimizing databases.
• Entity Framework 5+ years developing and maintaining data access layers.
• Blazor 2+ years developing modern, interactive web interfaces.
• MAUI 2+ years cross-platform application development experience.
