As a Medical Assistant, you will be assisting providers with efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards of care, performing a variety of general patient care responsibilities to include, but not limited to : measuring / recording vital signs, collecting specimens and administering injections. Location is - 104 Plumtree Road, Suite 115 Bel Air MD 21015 Key Responsibilities : Providing assistance and preparation prior to and during examination by healthcare providers. Preparing examination / treatment rooms for examinations of patients by properly positioning instruments, equipment and supplies. Interviewing patients to obtain reasons for visiting such as nature of complaint, physical problems, symptoms of illness, etc. . Requirements : High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1–3 years of experience. Certified Medical Assistant for designated practices. American Heart Association CPR Card.
