Job description

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help ensure all Front of the House daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The candidate for this position should have restaurant operations experience and know how to provide excellent customer service. Able to work on your feet for the entire shift and work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The person in this position must be a team player, enthusiastic, a good communicator and possess a desire to learn and grow in the management side of the restaurant business.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service
• Help develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability
• Help train and supervise Front of the House restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
• Manage schedules and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels
