Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Marketplace a growing hub of financial deals, offers, and opportunities designed to help Americans living paycheck to paycheck stretch every dollar further. This is a high-impact role for someone who's equal parts creative and analytical, with a relentless drive to uncover the next incremental dollar for our users and our business.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our financial deals and offers Marketplace, from discovery to launch to optimizationDrive measurable business impact through new and optimized Marketplace features that put money back in users' pocketsDefine and track Marketplace product metrics and user behaviors that correlate with revenue outcomesCollaborate with our Data Analyst to uncover insights, design experiments, and track performancePartner closely with our Partnerships Manager to understand the partner end user, integrating and scaling offers that align with our mission and deliver real value to consumersPrioritize ruthlessly based on data, user value, and ROIBuild, execute, and learn quickly through rapid A / B testing, user feedback, and iterative improvementsCommunicate results and learnings clearly to stakeholders and leadershipWhat You'll Bring
58+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces or user monetizationA deep understanding of A / B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision makingA bias for action : You thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments and know how to get things doneExperience working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, design, and business developmentA growth mindset and obsession with driving measurable outcomesPassion for our mission : Helping Americans build financial stability and resilienceNice To Have
Experience with affiliate networks, ad technology, or deal aggregation platformsPrior work in a high-growth fintech or marketplace environmentComfort with SQL or data exploration toolsCompensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000 - $195,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.
