• Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend the best insurance options for personal, commercial, or specialty coverage such as auto, property, liability, flood, or recreational vehicles.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with quotes, renewals, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and policy rewrites always providing friendly and professional service.
• Advising clients on policy features, explaining coverage details, and suggesting updates or changes to ensure they have the right protection.
• Managing renewals and retention efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products that benefit clients while meeting sales goals.
• Following up on warm leads, referrals, and other opportunities to grow your book of business.
• Reconnecting with past clients through win-back strategies and demonstrating the value of our offerings.
• Staying informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and carrier products to provide accurate and competitive advice.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations and an exceptional client experience.

• Active Florida 2-20 License required
• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is Required.
• Proven success in insurance sales, cross-selling, and retention.
• Set ambitious sales and service goals, continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results to clients.
• Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
• Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
