Used Car Sales Manager Needed!

Ross Downing Buick GMC of Gonzales is looking  for a used car sales manager / leader immediately. Business is booming and we are growing, so if you are looking for a challenge with HUGE potential we want to talk to you!  If you are not happy where you are at and have talent but just need a great opportunity, we want to talk to you.  Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality. • Believes in being intimately involved in the sales process for the team and will work towards their success. Manages by showing & doing.
• Develops a culture of accountability in the Sales and Internet Departments.
• Are comfortable closing car deals and getting involved on phone calls as needed to help the team.
• Can train and motivate new employees.
• Looking for a long term fit at a dealership that has been in the community for years.
• Prefer a position where the marketing is handled for you. This position is 100% about creating sales revenue for the department and store.
