We're hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) / ABA Therapists to provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the Woodbridge, VA area . No experience is required - we provide paid training and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Flywheel Centers is growing in Woodbridge, VA, and we're looking for caring, reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.

Whether you're experienced in ABA or brand new to the field, we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to advance your career-including becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Do

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in their home environment

Support skill-building in communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living

Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

Collect session data and document progress

Partner with parents and clinical supervisors for the best client outcomes

Show up consistently and bring patience, professionalism, and warmth to each session

What You Need

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 18 years old

Reliable transportation to clients' homes in the Waterford / Loudoun County area

Experience working with children (required)

ABA experience (preferred, not required)

Strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn
