Real Estate Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions

Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals

Track transaction activities and contribute to new operational plans and standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered

Real Estate salesperson license required

Experience with industrial and flex transactions is a plus

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Expert organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
