A nationally recognized civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead site design and development projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of land development projects including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery

- Coordinate federal, state, and local permitting and regulatory approvals
- Present projects before land use boards and reviewing agencies
