Start Date : 2 weeks after offer

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

3x12 Days

3x12 Nights :

Hours : 36 guaranteed weekly

Pay Package :

Regular Pay : $17.00 / hr

Overtime Pay : $40.00 / hr

Total Taxable Wages : $612.00 / week

Non-Taxable Wages : $875.00 / week

Weekly Gross : $1487.00

Requirements :

Active, unencumbered LPN License (TN or Compact)
