Job descriptionManage, direct and maintain all functions within a terminal. Primary areas of accountability include : productivity, service, safety, CSA performance, driver / dock hiring , driver retention, service level agreements, loading / unloading, transport planning, human resources Implement and track service goals through reviews of operating expenses Support customer relationships when required Ensure that safety, service, and quality measures are implemented and monitored Ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees Implement understanding and compliance with all Company policies, procedures and federal and state Department of Transportation rules and regulations Create an atmosphere of leadership and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees in support of a sustainable, safe performance culture Lead and develop internal staff and educate where applicable Leads the terminal by example with a "can do" attitude through people management excellence Closely works with operations on a daily basis Perform other duties as required by management Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Prescription benefits Life Insurance Short & Long term disability Paid holidays Paid Time Off 401k with 4% company match

Moran Transportation Corporation is a regional LTL service provider offering timely and claim-free services across several Midwestern states. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, flexible operations, and pinpoint accuracy. Our modern fleet of equipment allows us to provide value-added services such as lift gates, inside pick up or delivery, residential, time definite, guarantee delivery, or any special request. Utilizing advanced technology, we manage individual needs and special requests of all of our shippers and consignees.
