Job description$29 / hr $54 / hr Up to $15,000 with a 2-year commitment Paid out within the first 90 days of start date Primarily rotating schedules Options include : 4x10-hour shifts 5x8-hour shifts Night and weekend on-call availability required Only nationally accredited surgical technology certifications are accepted. Accepted certifications include : Tech in Surgery Certified (T-SC) issued by NCCT Surgical technologists employed on or before December 28, 2020 , or employed as a surg tech within two years before that date , are grandfathered and not required to obtain certification. New graduates from accredited programs may work for up to six months post-graduation before obtaining certification, but must be certified within six months of program completion. All candidates hired after December 28, 2020, must be certified to work as a surgical technologist.
