As a SCREENER with Allied Universal at an automotive-related location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your duties involve conducting routine patrols, maintaining a strong presence, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do : Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Screen individuals entering the location, monitoring for prohibited items and / or unauthorized access, utilizing approved protocols and equipment. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while following established emergency response guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive location, including both the facility and perimeter, to observe for unusual activity and help to deter potential risks. Complete accurate and timely reports on incidents, observations, and screening activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal standards. Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and provide support as needed. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the location. Minimum Requirements : At least six months of security-related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
