Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
1. Exceptional Customer Service : Provide friendly and professional service in line with the bank's mission statement.
2. Product Knowledge : Understand all bank products and services, educate customers, and cross-sell various offerings.
3. Professional Demeanor : Present a confident and professional image to establish trust and gain customer knowledge, analyzing needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
4. Financial Needs Analysis : Meet with customers to analyze financial needs, maximize sales opportunities, and offer all bank products. Assist with account openings and discuss loan products.
5. Sales Referral Process : Participate in or oversee the sales referral process to ensure customer financial needs are met, and assist management in coaching and mentoring branch staff.
6. Transaction Efficiency : Perform all required transactions using appropriate technology, maintain a cash box, and balance it. Utilize technology like Teller Scanning Equipment, Cash Recycling and Dispensing machines, and support customer use of Coin Machines.
7. Vault Teller Duties : Ensure branch cash adequacy for daily transactions by assisting staff in ordering and shipping currency, coin, and controlling distribution of cash to Tellers within prescribed limits.
8. Community Engagement : Assist in community events and support CRA initiatives, activities, and programs.
9. Compliance : Report significant matters to the Manager, maintain personal knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, and adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures.
