Who You are :

A highly motivated individual with previous experience batching, dispatching, delivering concrete and supervising individuals. Someone who is able to clearly convey information and ideas to team members and customers, as well as maintain a professional demeanor while addressing challenges and resolving issues.

What We are Looking for :

• Previous experience in all aspects of batching, dispatching, delivery of concrete, as well as previous supervisory skills.
• Cleary convey information and ideas to team members and customers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing challenges and resolving issues.
• Exercises sound judgment and problem-solving skills when making decisions.
• Familiarity with the local area, contractors, customers, and concrete construction practices.
• Competent in using Windows-based applications and possessing average keyboarding skills.

What you will be doing :

Fully understand and follow the company's philosophy as it pertains to customers

Ensure that all employees are following company’s policies and procedures

Additional Responsibilities :

EDUCATION : High School Education or Equivalent
