The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, monitoring our HR inbox, and communicating candidate details to the hiring team. Responsibilities :
As a Permanent HR Coordinator, your primary duties will include :
1. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
2. Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
3. Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Communicating candidate details to the hiring team, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
5. Assisting with other HR-related tasks as needed, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
Qualifications :
To be considered for the Permanent HR Coordinator position, you should possess the following :
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the sales industry.
3. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
7. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, but not required.
