The Chautauqua Center (TCC), a Community Health Center, is located on the border of Pennsylvania and Buffalo, NY centered in wine country, master breweries, more than 5 local lakes, the finger lakes region and home of Lucille Ball and the National Comedy Center. Our Dental offices include northern end of Chautauqua (Dunkirk, Gowanda and Forestville) and Jamestown, NY.

TCC allows providers to create a personalized practice leaning into their skillsets and interests in levels of care. We're doing a lot of good work and growing within the area being a one stop for all offering holistic, integrated care to community members. We offer a number of services overall (chiropractic care, nutritional care, podiatry, dental, OT / PT / Speech, tele-rheumatology, primary care, behavioral health, etc.), including a mobile unit and also offer a pharmacy on site. We also offer various programs to patients such as, "Read to me TCC," "Veggie Rx," care coordination clothing / hygiene closet, backpack giveaways, and are open to innovative ideas helping to fill the healthcare gaps within our community. It's an exciting time for TCC as our scope of care has significantly expanded over the past few years including specific specialty services.
