Responsibilities

  • Handle your caseload from inception to resolution.
  • Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
  • Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line

Candidate Parameters

  • Plaintiff's personal injury experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Member of the Missouri Bar
