We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, on a contract basis. In this critical role within the Operations FP& A team, you will provide financial leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency by working closely with procurement, co-packing managers, and cross-functional teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence cost-saving strategies and optimize spending while ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader financial goals.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, including variance analyses for purchase price fluctuations, obsolescence, and inbound freight costs.
- Collaborate with accounting teams and corporate FP& A to address financial and cost-related issues.
- Analyze historical expenditure data to improve forecasting and financial assumptions.
- Manage budgets and perform variance analyses for supply chain cost centers to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Partner with procurement and co-packing teams to develop tools and reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects to ensure they align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance transparency and reporting accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and identify key performance indicators to monitor operational performance.
- Lead forecasting efforts for supply chain teams, including procurement and co-packing operations.

- Proven experience in financial management and cost analysis within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software systems, including ADP Financial Services and Concur.
- Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing practices, and accounts payable processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget processes and capital management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for financial reporting.
- Ability to develop financial models and conduct strategic analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
