As we continue to expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to keep our projects on track and our clients connected.

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our construction, installation, and electrical projects. This position is responsible for managing daily job schedules, coordinating materials, tracking project progress, and supporting our tradesmen and our homeowners. You'll work closely with construction superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion and smooth operations.

Working Conditions :

• Typical hours of operation, Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM.
• Weekend hours as necessary, and some adjustments to starting and quitting time as workload requires.
• Physical demands include : Walking, standing, sitting at a desk, typing on keyboard, viewing and reading computer monitor, and using telephone. Lift up to 50 lbs. Use hands and arms to reach, touch, handle objects. Frequent talking, hearing, and reading are also required to perform regular job functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Qualifications : Construction or trade experience is a plus.
