Inventory Control Coordinator
First Shift
Pay $22-24 / hr.
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for addressing material shortages in the shop, communication with the team, and ensuring accurate and timely material flows.
Inventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities
- Generate reports and review on hand material status, actioning each item daily
- Make recommendations for inventory adjustments
- Make recommendations for stock items and / or material status change
- Prioritize materials for orders and communicate status to the team
- Distributes daily / weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assists Supervisor with maintaining transactional system integrity
- Helps problem solve Receiving, Shipping, or Material Availability issues
- Investigate inventory inaccuracies and WIP transactions for validity
- Generates reports or documents in support of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory
- Maintains documents per the Emerson record retention policy
- Process material and due date changes to released work orders as needed
- Assists with LEAN initiatives (kanban, process improvement)
Inventory Control Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDExperience in Supply Chain / LogisticsPrevious Oracle, SAP, AS400, or JD Edwards experienceForklift experience
