Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Track and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy techniques and practices.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and home exercises.
Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance potential success in therapy outcomes.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
Contribute to a growth-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and insights.
Experience / Qualifications
Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in Oregon.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting as an Occupational Therapist.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.
Proven ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Experience in using pipelines to assess therapy outcomes.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Demonstrated proficiency in tracking patient progress and adjusting treatments.
Familiarity with the latest occupational therapy techniques and practices.
Strong organizational skills to maintain high visibility of work activity.
