Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

1. Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
2. Forge meaningful connections with clients, creating additional sales opportunities.
3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property needs, then present homes that meet their criteria.
4. Host engaging open houses to showcase our properties.
5. Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial listing to final closing, ensuring efficient and seamless deals.
6. Generate leads to create new business opportunities.
7. Become a market expert – master the local area and conditions, confidently addressing inquiries about prospective homes, comparable properties, and community details.

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:

1. At least one year of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
2. Previous sales experience is advantageous.
