Sunrise is seeking a licensed Long Term Care Administrator to be our Oklahoma-based Regional Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for as many as 6 properties with various sizes and types of care. You will be the regional vice president and will need a good understanding of how daily operations of LTC & SNF in Oklahoma.

The Ideal candidate would have worked or currently working as an administrator successfully. You will bring skills, ideas, and techniques to the table to not only improve existing operations but make a difference in the life of our residents.

Your Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VP-Administrator who will oversee the day to day operations of the facilities to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and multiple financial goals. We are looking for someone who will stay long-term and bring a measurable impact to our region.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
  • Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.
  • Working knowledge of LTC / SNF Operations. You must have ran successful facilities and Have Proven Leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
  • Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
  • Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
  • Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
  • Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
  • Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
