About the Position :

We are seeking a Full-Time Financial Assistance Advisor to join our team in Pottsville, PA. This role will be integral in providing exceptional customer service and support to both students and co-workers in navigating the Financial Aid process. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping students achieve their educational goals through accurate, timely, and personalized financial assistance services.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Facilitate Accountability Meetings : Collaborate with school personnel to ensure adherence to financial aid processes and standards.
• Support Students and Parents : Provide clear and compassionate guidance to students and their families, helping them understand and complete the necessary financial aid documentation.
• Prepare Financial Aid Packages : Accurately prepare financial aid packages for student needs in a timely manner.
• Assist with Financial Aid Inquiries : Be a point of contact for students, parents, and colleagues with questions or concerns related to financial assistance.
