Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Sales, the Clinical Sales Director supports Spring Health's clinical sales teams and drives growth through strategic client partnerships. The Clinical Sales Director works with account executives, developing and implementing tailored mental health solutions throughout the sales cycle and implementation. In collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical Leadership, this role contributes to the ongoing enhancement of Spring's clinical programsfrom strategy and ideation to execution. The Director also serves as a market-facing representative for Spring Health, engaging in conferences, trainings, webinars, and other public events. This is a full time, remote position on our team with 10-15% travel required.

The target base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
