RESPONSIBILITIES : This position conducts specialized admissions functions, including research, data analysis and monitoring and managing data admissions applicants, including calculated GPA, hours earned, test scores and previous college work. The position makes admissions decisions, interpreting and applying University policy to make sound decisions including freshman and transfer applications.

APPOINTMENT : As soon as possible

HOURLY WAGE : $18.79 - $20.66 (Anticipated starting wage $18.79)

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any one or combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the categories below :
• A. Course work in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent :
• 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
• 60 semester hours or an Associates Degree equals eighteen months (18 months)
• 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
• 120 semester hours or a Bachelors degree equals three (3) years (36 months)
• B. Work experience in administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related experience.
