The Opportunity
The Senior Business Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting for a variety of professional and high-volume roles across Aeroflow’s Shared Services departments, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and other key business functions. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building trust, understanding team needs, and identifying talent that aligns with Aeroflow’s mission and culture.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to :
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, team dynamics, and talent needs across Shared Services and other corporate functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening to offer delivery and onboarding handoff—for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and best practices in interviewing and selection.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an engaging and transparent experience.
- Deliver and negotiate employment offers while effectively presenting Aeroflow’s total rewards and culture.
- Maintain accurate data and candidate activity in ClearCompany and generate reports as needed.
- Represent Aeroflow at career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and elevate the overall talent acquisition experience.
- Champion Aeroflow’s employer brand by fostering meaningful relationships with potential candidates and community partners
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

- Maintain HIPAA / patient confidentiality

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong exposure to professional and / or high-volume hiring.Experience recruiting across multiple business functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, or Customer Experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Proven success in sourcing and attracting passive candidates through creative methods.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand role requirements and team needs across diverse departmentsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.Demonstrated passion for people, problem-solving, and creating exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment.What Aeroflow Offers
