The Business Development Representative, will play a key role in expanding the agent network throughout the Midwest region, with a focus on targeting small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This role is centered around identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to grow the companys presence and drive overall sales performance.
In addition to business development, the BDR will be responsible for building strong relationships within the community by actively engaging in local events, sponsorships, and other community based opportunities. These efforts will help increase brand awareness and establish meaningful connections within the target market.
