• Responsibilities
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and related forms.
• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis to determine the best course of action.
• Maintain organized case files to ensure accessibility for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide sound legal advice and representation in both family law and criminal law matters.
• Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required).
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Criminal law or family law experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• In-person only — no hybrid or remote work
• Relocation
• Must be able to relocate to Pasadena, TX before starting work.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
