ICU RN Grafton, WI

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week contract in Grafton, Wisconsin. This Level III Trauma Center offers a high-acuity environment with strong multidisciplinary support and advanced critical care technology.

Assignment Details :

Location : Grafton, WI

Shift : Nights, 7 : 30 PM 7 : 00 AM

Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Sunday (36 hours / week)

Length : 13 weeks

Call : None

Weekends : Every other weekend

Holidays : Two winter holidays

Floating : Rare; may float to step-down, MSU, or observation if census dips

Unit Details : Unit : ICU, 17 beds

Facility Size : 136 beds

Trauma Level : III

NICU Level : II

Primary Stroke Center

EMR : EPIC

Patient Ratio : 1 : 2 acuity-based

Support Staff : Charge RN, intensivist 24 / 7, RT 24 / 7, ICU pharmacist (days), educator, and phlebotomy team

Patient Population :

General : COVID, sepsis, GIB, delirium, OD / SI, renal failure

Surgical : General, ortho (total joints), ENT, OBGYN, post-abdominal surgery

Cardiac / Vascular : CABG, valve repairs, fem-pop bypass, post-cath recovery, AAA repairs

No complex neuro cases

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of ICU experience

CRRT (NxStage) experience strongly preferred

Certifications : BLS, ACLS (NIHSS preferred)

COVID vaccination required

Skills :

Vent / trach management

A-line, CVP, Swann, and invasive line care

Chest tube and drain management

Post-surgical and post-cath recovery

Balloon pump and CVVH experience preferred
