Job descriptionOversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crews Manage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC / BIM teams Ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards Monitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on schedule Lead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams Mentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountability 10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendent Proven success leading mission-critical or data center projects Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systems OSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Competitive pay and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Vehicle allowance or company truck Opportunity to lead some of Dallass most advanced data center builds
