Physical Therapist – Outpatient Therapy

Location : Twentynine Palms, CA

Schedule : 5 days / week, 8 hours / day (40 hours total)

Rate : $2,320 / week

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (possibility of extension)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team in Twentynine Palms. You will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatments to patients.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and preventive care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements :

California Physical Therapist license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
