A company is looking for a Regional Concierge Navigator to provide outreach and support to members in navigating their healthcare and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized member support and conduct member engagement activities
Assist members with scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and ensuring access to care
Act as a liaison between members and healthcare providers while adhering to quality measures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in health plan or Medicare Member Services
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Ability to navigate Medicare Advantage or HMO processes, including referrals and authorizations
Bilingual skills in English / Spanish, English / Vietnamese, or English / Mandarin preferred
