Business Development & Strategy Director (DOT Executive VI)
The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA) is seeking a dynamic progressive leader focused on delivering a premier customer experience with innovative ideas and solutions for the Office of Data Management. The Business Development and Strategy Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to align with the Organization's long-term goals. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to create actionable plans that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. This position will oversee the development of all planning studies and support the development of legislation and policy changes. A direct report to the Chief Data and Business Development Officer (CDBDO) is a Senior Member of the MDOT MVA leadership team, working alongside the data team collecting and identifying data in order to make informed policy and business recommendation and decisions pertinent to departmental strategy data and data analytics required on MDOT MVA data initiatives, as well as utilizing the data to assist the Administration with its strategic planning.
