Consultant For Ads Product Marketing

We are seeking a consultant to join our Ads Product Marketing team. This role will focus on driving customer adoption and growth through targeted email and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in email marketing and a data-driven mindset to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, targeting, execution, reporting).
• Leverage customer behavior data to identify opportunities, build targeted lists, and deliver prescriptive messaging.
• Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Go-to-Market) to align campaigns with business priorities.
• Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, making ongoing data-driven optimizations.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in email and performance marketing with proven results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem (publisher-side preferred).
• Industry background in media, news, entertainment, gaming, or app publishers.
• Exposure to lifecycle marketing as a broader benchmark.
